Occupational Therapy is a holistic health profession focused on facilitating participation in everyday activities. For children with Autism, OT aims to enhance their abilities to perform daily tasks, engage in their environment, and improve their overall quality of life.

In our Occupational Therapy (OT) services, we offer:

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA): FCAs are instrumental in NDIS planning, offering tailored recommendations based on evaluations conducted by occupational therapists. These assessments help individuals understand their support needs, make informed decisions regarding plan spending, and prepare for life transitions. Typically funded by the NDIS, prices vary depending on the provider and assessment complexity. FCAs provide valuable insights that enhance communication of needs and optimize plan utilization for improved outcomes.

Initial OT Assessment: Initial OT assessment understand the client's needs, preferences, and goals. Our experienced OTs utilize standardized assessments, clinical observations, and client interviews to gather comprehensive information and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique requirements.

Ongoing OT Sessions: Our OT services encompass ongoing therapy sessions designed to address identified goals and challenges outlined in the initial assessment. These sessions involve evidence-based interventions, therapeutic activities, and skill-building exercises aimed at promoting functional independence, improving quality of life, and enhancing overall well-being. Through regular sessions, we support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and maximizing their potential for growth and development.
