Today is my first day back at the studio after two months of healing from foot surgery. As I sit here, surrounded by my paints and brushes, I’m filled with a deep sense of gratitude. There’s something profoundly humbling about being able to do what you love after a time of rest and recovery, and I’m reminded of how truly healing creativity can be.
Art therapy isn’t just about making something beautiful—it’s about finding a safe space to express, to breathe, and to feel heard. It’s about taking the smallest steps toward hope, even when things feel heavy.
If you or someone you love is looking for a place to explore feelings, to heal, or simply to feel a little lighter, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s paint, let’s create, and let’s find comfort in color and connection.
Thank you, God, for this opportunity to work with hands and heart. I can’t wait to share this journey with others who need it too.
